We offer a variety of services to cover all manner of needs from supporting everyday life to more complicated issues.
From simply making a call on your behalf or setting up bank accounts and utility contracts, to assisting with a planning application or a dispute with a tradesperson, Taka can tackle a range of tasks. If what you’ve asked for falls outside of our remit we’ll help by pointing you in the right direction.
We work in person, online or over the phone, whatever you prefer and offer a range of payment options from pay-as-you-go to a monthly or annual subscription.

Clients tell us that the main benefit of investing in some Taka time is peace of mind.
They can relax safe in the knowledge that paperwork or a task they can’t face or simply don’t understand, has been taken care of. Having someone to turn to when a new issue crops up is also reassuring.
Everyone is different in terms of how much help they need which is why Taka offers a range of services and payment options from paying by the hour to having us on call all year round.
We also offer a stand-alone planning permission service with a set fee.

Benefit from 12 or 24 hours of our time over a year and the hourly rate is just 50 euros. Flexibility to use us for several hours in any month (even the full 12 or 24 in a single month if the task requires it). We simply add the hours up as we go along. Charging is monthly.

Planning application

For your building projects such as garages, extensions, pools, etc.., we take you from start to finish. The process usually spans two months and involves us submitting photos, plans and all necessary documents. We take care of the DOC (the administrative process that officially launches the work) and once the works are finished, we complete the DACT (paperwork confirming that all has been carried out in accordance with what was set out in the initial application).
